We select our meat carefully from local and regional producers we trust, to ensure that it is fresh, tasty and responsibly produced.
Beef, veal, pork and chicken: all our cuts are prepared on site with the greatest care.
We also have a rotisserie where we roast our Label Rouge free-range chickens, ham hocks and pork ribs.
