The essentials for a mountain-style evening
If you want to enjoy a typical Savoyard evening, at Le Régal des Coches we have all you need to ensure that your meals are synonymous with warmth and sharing.
Our RACLETTE, CHEESE FONDUE, MEAT FONDUE and PIERRADE formulas are ready to go. We recommend that you book with us the day before or in the morning at the latest. We will lend you the necessary equipment.

Our raclettes
We offer several kinds of raw milk raclette cheese, that we slice for you on the basis of 200 g per person, along with a selection of cold meats.
- PLAIN raclette cheese Savoie ;
- Raclette TRIO with Plain + Smoked + Wild garlic cheese ;
- GOAT’S cheese raclette ;
Assortment of cold meats per person: 1 slice of white ham, 1 slice of Savoie ham, 2 slices of coppa, 2 slices of Rosette de Lyon, 1 slice of dried beef.
Our savoyarde cheese fondue
Our CHEESE FONDUE is made with three cheeses produced in the local mountain pastures: BEAUFORT, ABONDANCE and MEULE DE MONTAGNE, which we grate for you. We allow 200g per person.
You can prepare the fondue in your apartment with a dash of Savoyard white wine and enjoy it with bread, or with potatoes and/or charcuterie, depending on your appetite. We sell everything you need for a typical mountain experience that everyone is sure to love.


Our pierrade
A PIERRADE is all about the fun of cooking together around the table on a hot stone!
We offer a selection of three meats: BEEF, VEAL and CHICKEN, carefully prepared and sliced on site, ready to sizzle on the hot stone. We also put together an assortment of sauces and garnishes to accompany this tasty and convivial moment.
